Update mongrel warning transalte.

The {{key}} interpolation syntax in I18n messages is deprecated. Please use %{key} instead.

Thanks for your translation. However I noticed it was against the current 0.5 version which is rather out-of-date unfortunately.

It would tremendously help me if you could update the translation to the version in the trunk/master which has several added and updated translation strings. Thanks again for your contribution!
